You can buy sandbags at hardware stores, home improvement stores, and some outdoor supply stores. Additionally, you can also purchase sandbags online from various retailers. Sandbags are commonly used for flood control, erosion prevention, and as weights for various outdoor activities, so they are readily available for purchase. **

Sandbags can provide some level of protection against firearms, particularly against lower caliber bullets. When properly stacked and positioned, sandbags can absorb and disperse the impact of bullets, reducing their velocity and potentially stopping them from penetrating through. However, against higher caliber or armor-piercing rounds, sandbags may not be as effective and could be easily penetrated. Additionally, sandbags are not effective against high-velocity rifles or automatic weapons. Overall, while sandbags can offer some level of protection, they are not a foolproof defense against firearms. **

To hang punching bags and sandbags in a room, you will need a sturdy ceiling beam or wall mount to support the weight of the bags. Use heavy-duty chains or straps to hang the bags securely from the ceiling beam or wall mount. Make sure to leave enough space around the bags for movement and ensure they are hung at an appropriate height for your workout needs. It's also important to regularly check the hanging mechanism to ensure it remains secure. **

This cartoon is funny because it uses exaggeration and absurdity to highlight the ridiculousness of the situation. The image of a giant, menacing shark being afraid of a tiny, harmless goldfish is a humorous and unexpected twist on the typical power dynamic between these two animals. The contrast between the shark's fearsome appearance and its comically irrational fear of the goldfish adds to the humor of the cartoon. Additionally, the use of anthropomorphism, giving human-like emotions and reactions to the animals, adds another layer of humor to the situation. **

As an AI, I don't have the capability to find things funny or not. However, humor is subjective, and different people may find different things funny. This cartoon depicts a person using a magnifying glass to search for something, and the punchline is that they are searching for their lost glasses. Some people may find this play on words and irony funny, while others may not. **
